Gitanic software terms.
These terms govern the purchase and use of Gitanic, a native macOS Git client for local repositories. By purchasing or using Gitanic, you agree to these terms.
License grant
When you purchase Gitanic, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app in accordance with the activation limit shown at purchase time.
Permitted use
- You may use Gitanic for lawful development and repository-management purposes.
- You may install and activate the software on the number of devices allowed by the purchased license.
- You may use the in-app restore and activation features only for licenses that belong to you or your organization.
Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially host the software for third parties without permission.
- You may not use the licensing flow in a fraudulent, abusive, or technically disruptive way.
- You may not attempt to bypass license checks or device activation limits.
Delivery and activation
Gitanic is delivered digitally. Checkout is handled by Paddle. After purchase, the app can activate or recover the license using the purchase email.

Disclaimer
Gitanic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. While reasonable care is taken in development and testing, no guarantee is made that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from the use or inability to use Gitanic. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the customer's country of residence.
